I watched the CBC documentary on the Memorial Service for the victims of the crash of AC Flight 621 in Brampton ON where 109 people died held on July 4, 2010. Ontario Canada has just passed legislation that has specific requirements of employers with respect to workplace violence and harassment. Bullying is a form of harassment under many policies. How can we create workplaces where the risk of violence, harassment and bullying is minimized and people can enjoy coming to work? Homelessness Does Not Have to Create Conflict!

Yet for many cities and communities particularly in the western world, it is treated as a 'non-discussable' issue.
