Transfer and Cancellation Policy
Registered participants are entitled to a full refund minus a 20% admin fee for any cancellation received in writing in the CMI office 30 business days prior to start of course. A 50% refund will be issued for written cancellations received in the CMI office with 11-29 business days notice. There will be no refund for cancellations within 0-10 business days of start of course. A qualified substitute (based on the pre-requisites for the course in question) may be sent in your place with no fee providing you send us a written notice requesting the transfer of your place to the qualified substitute participant. Failure to provide this name and contact information in a timely fashion may result in the loss of the seat on the course. Please contact us for more details if you have any questions.
If a course is cancelled by CanMediate International, full refunds will be issued to all registered participants
