In this light hearted interactive session we will explore our default response to conflict situations, where that response came from and whether it contributes to our success or gets in our way (our Resolution Quotient)! Despite our best intentions, there will be situations that are difficult and people we deal with who will be 'challenging'... This fun, interactive course takes a light hearted look at the Traps we can fall into in our relationships and how these traps can derail the best of intentions and drag us (and our relationships) into the weeds. As we increase our capacity to diagnose what is happening in our relationships and understand what is driving the dynamics we are experiencing we enhance our potential for avoiding the Traps and keeping our interactions with others on track and constructive.
